Elegant, bold and absolutley versatile: the Casalfarneto Brut produced by the “Traditional Method”  is the natural choice for those who enjoy combining a good meal to a persistent sparkle gifted with a delicate tone. After a 24 months prolonged fermentation this wine develops hints of bread crust and yeast, making it the perfcet match to fish-based dishes or simply to a joyful and memorable toast.

Pairings: Perfect for aperitivo, or to enrich a fish- based meal, either simple or elaborate.
Obtained by a“Traditional Method” fermentation with a prolonged riping on yeast over several months, this spumante is fresh and elegant in its flavour, enriched by hints of yeast and bread crumble. A soft and full-bodied  tendency joins a balmy, smooth and elegant taste.

Color: Yellow.

Scent: Rich, fresh and intense.

Flovour: Wide taste of yeast and bread crumble accompanies a pleasant smoothness.

Perlage: Fine and persistent.
