Il nostro territorio prevalentemente argilloso è ottimo habitat  per il Merlot che qui esprime al meglio le sue caratteristiche sensoriali.

Un trionfo di liquirizia, menta e sottobosco, con ancora carne cruda e bacche nere. 

Adatto a occasioni importanti e per i pasti a base di carni rosse, cacciagione o tutti i formaggi stagionati dai sapori forti e decisi.
